We welcome returns on all full-priced merchandise for credit to the original payment method utilized by you. All full-priced, unused, unwashed and unworn merchandise can be returned for credit. Product found damaged and used will not receive credit, this includes pet hair, stains, smells, rips, damaged zippers, crochet rips, safety pins on product, incomplete strapping or buttons, make up stains, and etc. We are not responsible for damages to clothing because of improper care or handling or incorrect sizing. We must receive the returned product within 30 days from the date of original purchase. Once we receive your return we will acknowledge by email and the process of replacement or refund begins.
If you have received an item with any problem or defect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 3 days, you will no longer qualify for a return. You must send a photo to firstname.lastname@example.org with the damage/defect item along with all the details of your order invoice.

You can return the product to us as soon as possible and we will send a replacement, if it's still in stock, or you can purchase a different item of your choice.
How to return merchandise:
You are responsible for all return shipping charges associated with returning the package. Please include a copy of the invoice and please state the reason for your return on the invoice. If you do not have a copy of the invoice, please print out your confirmation email and this will suffice as record of your transaction. *It is highly recommended that you place tracking on your return package should your package happens to get lost in transit.
